One of Texas' best in building and design beautiful, custom homes has revealed its process, a press release confirmed.

Ben Neely, owner Riverbend Homes, a Texas based home design and building company since 1996, has revealed its "distinct approach" that puts "clients' needs and desires as its top priority" is done through a three-step process called the "Project Execution Process" that is focused on "Discovery, Design and Budget, and Build," the release said.

"During this meeting, we'll meet at the property to fully understand your vision for your new home," Neely said in the release. "Our goal is to help assess the site's feasibility as well as help you understand any infrastructure requirements that will impact budget and design."

Neely said the next step is the design where, based on the understanding of a customer's unique vision, the customer sits down with a Riverbend Homes designer to start bringing the vision to life.

After the discovery and design process, Neely said the bid-set level of completing the design process is done with an estimate of a final cost, and then the magic of building begins.

"Your idea is now ready to be brought to life," Neely said. "There are several factors that determine the start date, such as financing, permitting, HOAs; however, when we start, things move very quickly. A big part of what sets us apart from most other custom builders is that we don't take on more projects than we can manage every single day. This translates to a much faster build time and less interest if you're financing."
