The former 304,035-square-foot Wells Fargo Building located at 615 N. Upper Broadway in Corpus Christi has been awarded to Cravey Real Estate Services, Inc.

According to a press release, Cravey Real Estate Services took ownership of the office tower that "soars amongst a backdrop of the enticing Corpus Christi Bay" on June 30. Chandler Moreau, which is an associate of Cravey Real Estate Services, handles the leasing for the office tower. 

The building is fitted with a wide-open, atrium-style lobby and marble flooring that showcases acoustical tile and suspended ceilings. Amenities of the office building also include "second-generation footprints," a conference and meeting room, workout facilities and dining area. According to the statement, the floor plates are also larger than the average market floor plate size in the central business district.
