A new Texas development aims to bring vacation and everyday amenities together on an 85-acre plot.
The High Hill Development will include 110 single and two-story homes and 14 condominiums, according to the development's press release.
Amenities include hiking trails, bike paths, a chapel, amphitheater, six-bay automated golf range, golf course, infinity pool, sunset bar, lake activities and retail market space, according to the development.
The developers of the High Hill Farm Resort and Spa are developing a master-planned community adjacent to its Smith County resort. High Hill Management Company will maintain grounds and coordinate vacation rental management. Mooty + Young will sell the homes, according to the development.
"High Hill is a master planned community that is based on the principles of New Urbanism," the development company said in a release. "The community is designed for residents and active guests who want to experience quality home ownership and leisure travel with easy access to the nest in modern amenities," the release said.
The development will include a service resort, concierge services, luxury shopping and dining.
High Hill is "minutes from the charm and conveniences of Tyler and under two hours from Dallas and Shreveport," the development company said.
"Inspired by the stunning views and natural environment, this one-of-a-kind resort property was designed with relaxing in mind," the development's website says. "From well-appointed private bungalows to thoughtfully crafted cuisine or lounging by the pool, enjoy an escape from the ordinary."
There are currently five housing plans and models for buys to choose from, according to a development brochure.
"At High Hill Farm, our guests are our priority," the website says. "Whether dining, working, resting, or playing, we pay attention to the details. From corporate retreats, weekend getaways, staycations and girls trips, escape and unwind with the ultimate in laid-back luxury!"
