Ground broken on Class A logistics facility in Haltom City

The company Creation, in partnership with Crow Holdings Capital, are heading the Class A logistics facility project on Northmark Commerce Center, according to NewsTalk Texas.

The company Creation, in partnership with Crow Holdings Capital, are heading the Class A logistics facility project on Northmark Commerce Center, according to NewsTalk Texas.

LGE Design Build designed the project, according to NewsTalk Texas. 

The designer of the project has completed over 1,200 completed projects, according to its website. "From concept and design to construction and project delivery, LGE is there every step of the way to transform your vision into reality. We are focused on designing your vision and building your future," its website said

Crow Holdings is a privately-owned real estate investment management and development firm, according to its website

The company was started 70 years ago with a with a "strong track record of performance across property types and market cycles, spanning risk/return strategies from core to opportunistic," according to its website. 

Holt Lunsford Commercial is handling leasing, according to NewsTalk Texas. 

The industrial project has 234,000 square feet of space, according to NewsTalk Texas. 

The project is expected to be completed by late 2022, according to NewsTalk Texas. 

It will be located at the northeast corner of Old Denton Rd. and N. Beach St., according to Providence Group Realty

The location is near Fort Worth.
