Crow Holdings is a privately-owned real estate investment management and development firm, according to its website.

Holt Lunsford Commercial is handling leasing, according to NewsTalk Texas. 

The industrial project has 234,000 square feet of space, according to NewsTalk Texas. 

The project is expected to be completed by late 2022, according to NewsTalk Texas. 

It will be located at the northeast corner of Old Denton Rd. and N. Beach St., according to Providence Group Realty. 

The location is near Fort Worth.
