Patten properties on Sept. 1 announced their latest development of new wooded community homesites in Walker County.

The Deer Forest Acreage Community has homesites ranging from one to three acres, starting at $79,900.

The community is located in a county that is north of the Woodlands area in Houston, with easy access to I-45 for commuting, Deer Forest Texas said.

Patten Properties are known for the development of the fastest-selling acreage communities in the state of Texas, according to a Sept. 1 statement from Patten Properties.
