PMP Management announced on Aug. 31 they have been selected to manage Bridgewater Community Association just north of Dallas.

Located in Princeton, Bridgewater Residential Community is a home master-planned community with 2,312 houses in northern Dallas, according to a release from AP Team.

"We view ourselves as much more than a homeowners association management company," said Brad Watson, president and CEO of PMP, on Sept. 1. 

"We're a lifestyle company and we pride ourselves on our awesome responsibility to elevate the resident experience for our community partners. This is why PMP is such a natural fit for the Bridgewater Community Association." 

According to the release, PMP has been in the industry since 2008 and their partnership with Bridgewater marks their second full-service division in Texas.

PMP Managements counts with a diverse portfolio of dynamic Association partners, and their association with Bridgewater is the company’s first in the Dallas area, the statement said.

The release also reports that the residential community is a family-friendly community and is equipped with resort-like amenities.
