Commercial real estate firms Sunrise Capital, Zane Holdings and Goodegg Investments recently announced the purchase of Royal Spring, a 351-unit apartment complex in Spring, Texas.

The joint venture is the 23rd between the three commercial real estate firms, with others located across multiple markets throughout Texas. Completed in May 2021, Royal Spring is located at 4910 Spring Cypress Rd., a short distance from the future global headquarters of Hewlett Packard Enterprises, and adds to the rapid growth of northwest and western Houston. The units average 1,007 square feet.

The investment leads consisted of David Davidenko and Julia Bykhovskaia at Sunrise Capital, Iqbal (Ike) Mutabanna and Dustin Howard at Zane Holdings, and Julie Lam and Annie Dickerson at Goodegg Investments.

“We are proud to add Royal Spring to our portfolio in Texas,” the investment leads said in a joint statement. “We continue to see strong performances across the state of Texas, including the Houston market – led by population growth, a diverse mix of economic and employment opportunities, and superior quality of life for residents throughout the area.”

Royal Springs offers state-of-the-art amenities, including a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness facility, high-speed Wi-Fi, bicycle storage, dog park and secure garage parking. Interior amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood cabinets, nine-foot ceilings and wood-vinyl plank flooring.
