In a deal brokered by Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), the Axis at The Rim property at 18102 Talavera Ridge has been acquired by an affiliate of Treeline Multifamily Partners Ltd.

“An affiliate of Treeline Multifamily Partners Ltd. has acquired Axis at The Rim, a 308-unit apartment community at 18102 Talavera Ridge,” Dallas Doctors Agent posted on Facebook.

Built in 2016, the property houses one- and two-bedroom units with rents ranging from $1,165 to $2,845 per month. Amenities at the Forest Crest neighborhood unit includes a pool, fitness center, sun deck and courtyard.

Representing Chicago-based seller Sherman Residential, IPA staffers Will Balthrope and Drew Garza closed the deal after having also procured the buyer.
