The Mesquite City Council on Sept. 20 approved the construction of a Valley Brooke 235-home residential community development.
The project will be developed by Taylor Duncan Interest Valleybrooke and is dedicated 15 acres of land for private open land space and public parks that will connect to B.J. Smith Elementary and Berry Middle School, according to News Talk Texas Real Estate Center.
“On September 20, the Mesquite City Council passed a resolution to approve terms and conditions with TDI Valleybrooke, LLC, for the construction and development of 235-home lots in a new single-family home subdivision called Valley Brooke,” the City of Mesquite announced in a Sept. 23 statement.
According to News Talk Texas Real Estate Center, M/I Homes and Impression Homes were named builders of the Valleybrooke project.
The project is expected to bring to life the low-density, single-family residential master-planned community, according to the city of Mesquite.
News Talk Texas Real Estate Center reports that Valleybrooke will offer a 21-acre regional park that includes a dog park, nature trails, a splash pad and a picnic pavilion.
The city of Mesquite reports that Valleybrooke will be located at 2400 Mesquite Valley Rd. and 2800 Mesquite Valley Rd.
