KDC announces a new three office building development that will take place at CityLine.

According to NewsTalk Texas Real Estate Center, the three buildings will total 1.4 million square feet in the 204-acre CityLine development.

"KDC Announces Next Phase of CityLine - Development of Three Office Towers Totaling 1.4 million square feet," KDC Real Estate Development and Investments said in a Sept. 24 Facebook post

According to Rebusiness Online, Five CityLine will be the biggest tower, with 18 stories. Six CityLine will have 13 stories and Seven CityLine will have 15.

Located in Richardson, the project will also include 200,000 square feet of space dedicated to retail and restaurants. Over 3,000 residential units, 148 acres of public green space are just a short walk from CityLine, Rebusiness Online reports.

Corgan & Associates is designing the buildings, and construction will begin when tenants have been found and signed, News Talk Texas Real Estate Center reports.
