Miami-based Lennar Corp. announced their latest apartment community, located in Houston, on Oct. 25.
The 25-story apartment community Bowen River Oaks has started to lease its units, according to the Texas Real Estate Research Center.

The building has 403 units and is located in the River Oaks District, according to inForney.
"Bowen River Oaks creates a living experience to match the location, from highly coveted amenities to designer in-home finishes," Division President for LMC Ben Breunig said, according to inForney. "Renters seeking homes in the River Oaks District expect a distinct level of convenience and sophistication, and Bowen River Oaks delivers across the board. Residents are walking distance from Houston’s most upscale retail center, according to inForney.
The complex offers one and two-bedroom units that are between 561 and 2,259 square feet. There are 10 penthouse suites located on the top two levels of the building and units offer quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, among other features.
"Bowen River Oaks residents have full access of a 10th-floor amenity deck, highlighted by a resort-style pool with cabanas and a lounge chair area, outdoor kitchens and a green space for outdoor yoga," inForney reports. "The property also features a catering kitchen, a 24th-floor sky lounge with views of downtown Houston, and a fitness center complete with free weights, cardio machines and a TRX suspension system. Those working or studying remotely can utilize the second-floor business center and conference rooms, and pet owners can take advantage of a dog park designed with dog-specific furniture, as well as a pet washroom.
The building is owned by Miami-based Lennar Corp., according to the TRERC.
