Freight factoring firm Apex Capital has decided to move its headquarters to the Bank of America Tower in a 62,000-square-foot office space at 301 Commerce St.
“We are excited to move the Apex headquarters to downtown Fort Worth, joining those at City Center Fort Worth early next year!” Apex Capital posted on Facebook Nov. 5.
Apex Capital is planning to move into the new headquarters in 2022.
The tenant was represented by JLL, while the landlord, City Center Management, was represented internally. This lease is the largest deal that has been signed this year in the Fort Worth area.
Apex Capital was established in the year 1995, and ever since then, it has been catering to both small- and medium-sized trucking companies.
“The Apex relocation continues the rhythm of new leases advancing within downtown,” said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of City Center. “Moves such as this exemplify the development and vibrancy here that is inviting to corporations and supports the flight to quality many office tenants are seeking.”
