Bobby Norris has joined Hayden Outdoors, a Colorado-based real estate firm.

It's light years ahead of the Texas land market." 

Norris is experimenting with a niche market, and Hayden Outdoors saw the opportunity to be a part of it. Bobby Norris is a rancher, horseman and real estate broker; his move to the real estate market is a stepping stone in the Texas ranch broker industry. 

Norris has 12 other agents working with him in Fort Worth, according to a release. Norris contributes specialized knowledge of ranches, livestock and horses to his team. Norris's entire team will be changing brands. 

The company's marketing and advertising plan is what primarily attracted Norris to it, according to the release. Norris's other specialty areas include equestrian facilities, game ranches, cattle ranches, luxury estates, rural ranchettes and recreational properties. Within the pat two weeks, Hayden Outdoors has started partnerships with the cutting and reining horse industry. 

Hayden Outdoors was founded in 1976 in Windsor, Colo., and has 185 licensed brokers spread across 26 states, according to a statement.
