Venterra Realty, established in 2001 in Houston, celebrates its 20-year anniversary this month.

Venterra’s portfolio holds a market value of about $30 billion. This includes all 70 of the company’s properties, distributed across 13 major U.S. cities. They provide housing for over 38,000 residents.

John Foresi, CEO of Venterra Realty, said: "Celebrating 20 years of business is a monumental milestone for Venterra, and it has been rewarding to watch the company's growth over the years."

Foresi co-founded the company with colleague and chairman Andrew Stewart. The former staked a future claim and set region-wide goals in an interview with Insights Success Magazine.

"Looking forward into the next 20 years of business, I hope that Venterra will continue to be the same company it is today in terms of culture and values; only bigger. If markets cooperate by continuing to produce attractive investment opportunities, it is possible Venterra will manage more than 40,000 apartment units by 2030 and be more geographically diverse with increased capacity for new apartment development."

Venterra’s practices have earned them many recognitions, including but not limited to, 2021 Best Workplaces for Millennials, 2020 Fortune Best Place to Work for Women and 2018 Best Workplaces for Diversity.
