Apartment investment company Bell Partners Inc announced on Monday its acquisition of Routh Street Flats, a Dallas multifamily community.

As one of the leading apartment investment and management companies in the United States, Bell Partners Inc's new property acquisition includes a Dallas-based apartment community with 208 units, according to the Sanford Herald

"As apartment residents increasingly seek well-located housing offering convenient, walkable access to employment, retail and cultural offerings, the acquisition of [what is now] Bell Katy Trail reflects Bell Partners' targeted investment in urban submarkets like Uptown," said Nickolay Bochilo, EVP of Investments at Bell Partners, according to a company statement

Now called Bell Katy Trail, the community is located in the heart of Uptown Dallas and will provide new residents with easy access to dining, entertainment, shopping and recreation opportunities in the area. It is also only minutes from the West Village, a premier shopping and dining center, which will put residents within walking distance of grocery and retail needs, according to the statement.

Completed back in 2015, Bell Katy Trail contains both studio, one- and two-bedroom units with stainless steel appliances, alongside common area amenities such as a rooftop terrace with a fire pit and views of the city, an infinity saltwater pool and a fitness center.
