Santa Rita Ranch was announced on Jan. 19 as one of the top 50 best-selling master-planned communities in the United States for 2021, according to RCLCO's 2021 rating. 

A 3,700-acre historical ranch just located just outside of Austin, Santa Rita Ranch was redesigned as a masterfully planned community that includes world-class amenities and spectacular views of the city and beyond. Now, the ranch has been listed within the top 50 of master-planned communities in the nation based on new home sales, according to Cision PR Newswire.

Among the list of communities, Santa Rita Ranch was ranked as number 38 in the nation based on its location and amenities. The community was developed by River Islands Development. Alongside the Ranch, eighteen of the 50 top master-planned communities for 2021 were located in Texas, it said in the statement.
