The Texas Real Estate Research Center has announced that WorkSuites will be occupy space in a new office building in McKinney. 

According to a release by from the Texas A&M research center, WorkSuites will work on 26,000 square feet on the third floor and an additional 5,800 square feet on the first floor of the District 121 building.

Kaizen Development is leading the construction of the eight-story, 200,000-square-foot office building at 7300 SH 121 in the Craig Ranch community.

Amenities at the building include a golf simulator, fitness center and a large open lawn.

WorkSuites is a Texas-based company that coworking services. . This includes renting out meeting and conference rooms, private offices and executive suites. There are short-term lease options for rooms that are furnished, wired and ready to get started right away. 

The company's website noted that access to amenities give the spaces the feel of a big office. Private office spots have room for up to 20 desks. 

There are also hybrid coworking options and virtual office memberships that offer business email and physical mailing addresses.
