At its deepest, the lake is 50 feet deep and is being marketed by Hortenstine Ranch Company.
The property is roughly 90 miles southeast of Dallas, and when the $110.55 million retail price is broken down per acre it comes out to $22,000.
Wildlife abounds at this property with foxes, river otters, bobcats and bald eagles, and the property has 10 acres of wetlands ecosystems as well as highway-grade two-lane roads, making it an excellent prospect for a real estate developer.
Blake Hortenstine, a broker of Hortenstine Ranch Company, explained that a water asset of this size is nearly impossible to find in the U.S.
