Embrey Management Services (EMS) will provide its unique brand of residential management services to an upscale complex in Katy, according to a company release. 

According to the release, EMS will provide residential services for Soneto on Western Apartments, a 330-unit community owned by The Praedium Group that is part of the upscale Cinco Ranch neighborhood. The release noted that the property, formerly known as Lenox Grand Crossing, is family friendly and close to retail, including shopping, dining and entertainment. 

"We chose Embrey Management Services because of their deep understanding of the market and the exceptional level of service they provide to residents,” Josh Kogel, vice president for The Praedium Group, said in the release. 

Kogel also noted in the statement that EMA, which is based in San Antonio, has a history of as an award-winning nationally recognized and fully integrated real estate investment firm. 

According to the release, Soneto on Western will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units with full amenities, including gourmet kitchens, walk-in closets, private yards, patios or balconies as well as detached garages and full-size washers and dryers. 

Other amenities noted in the release include two resort-style pools, a pavilion with cabanas, fitness facilities and a work lounge with private workspace. The release noted there also will be a club room and a pet park.
