Joel Palacios, a resident of Houston, won a contest in July to practice the art of house-flipping by learning from a master millionaire private real estate investor Troy Kearns.

The only house in Houston designed by famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright is on the market, and the sellers are asking $3.15 million for the iconic Bunker Hill-area residence.
